Sports are on important part of our lives.   

A special benefit of sports is that they strengthen the body.

There are many types of sports. they can be classified as individual sports, team sports, etc.


We were involved in sports at the school from a young age.

 we played every sports,
 including field sports, running sports, and team sports.

I was primarily served as captain in sports such as netball, volleyball, elle and cricket. 

My favourite sport is volleyball ⚽.

This every sports develops discipline, confidence, and leadership.

Sharing the joy of winning is also promoted through play. 

Sports build friendships and foster unity.

Sports are not just simple fun, but also an important part of improving our health, 
character, and happiness.
