Mental freedom is, 

Mental freedom is the freedom of one's mind to be free from fear,

anxiety and pressure. Calming the mind from withing.

Thinking too much other people's opinions , Comparing your self to others , 

Thinking too much about the future are causes loss of mental freedom.


  Don't change your self , accepting oneself fully and thoughtfully.

Stop thinking about every thing and meditate. Spending time with friends and sharing 

happiness. Keeping one's feelings to one self. You can achieve mental freedom 

by following these things:


 You can spend time happily and make decisions with mental freedom. 

stress is reduced. 

Mental freedom is some thing that is withing us and we must 

discover it our selves.
