MY UNFORGETTABLE SCHOOL END DAY



My school is Dharmavijaya Maha Vidyalaya. It was located in city of katugasthota, kandy. I studied in the school from the first grade to the last grade 13. My school is a small school. It is a sad moment to say good bye to this school where I studied for 13 years. Memories of friends, memories of school all of this, shared and spend the last day together. It is sad to say goodbye teachers and friends, but this is something everyone faces. There have been many challenges in my school life so far. There are also many things. I have overcome through those challenges. I feel proud of all of these things. That day will always stay in my heart as a beautiful memory of my school life.

MENTAL FREEDOM  Mental freedom is,  Mental freedom is the freedom of one's mind to be free from fear, anxiety and pressure. Calming the mind from withing. Thinking too much other people's opinions , Comparing your self to others ,  Thinking too much about the future are causes loss of mental freedom.   Don't change your self , accepting oneself fully and thoughtfully. Stop thinking about every thing and meditate. Spending time with friends and sharing  happiness. Keeping one's feelings to one self. You can achieve mental freedom  by following these things:  You can spend time happily and make decisions with mental freedom.  stress is reduced.  Mental freedom is some thing that is withing us and we must  discover it our selves.
