MY HOBBY

Gardening is my favorite hobby. I love spending my free time in the garden. Becouse it brings me peace and a strange sense of joy. I like to plants flowers everyday. It is my daily task provide the necessary fertilizer and water it.It allows me to forget my worries and problems and be happy. 

 

 The garden also has colourful ornamental flowers such as Anthurium, Roses, Orchids and Lotuses. I feel proud when these plants bloom. It bring me even closer to Environment.

MENTAL FREEDOM  Mental freedom is,  Mental freedom is the freedom of one's mind to be free from fear, anxiety and pressure. Calming the mind from withing. Thinking too much other people's opinions , Comparing your self to others ,  Thinking too much about the future are causes loss of mental freedom.   Don't change your self , accepting oneself fully and thoughtfully. Stop thinking about every thing and meditate. Spending time with friends and sharing  happiness. Keeping one's feelings to one self. You can achieve mental freedom  by following these things:  You can spend time happily and make decisions with mental freedom.  stress is reduced.  Mental freedom is some thing that is withing us and we must  discover it our selves.
